California Transparency Act

On January 1, 2012, the California Transparency in Supply Chains Act of 2010 (SB 657) went into effect in the State of California. Under the law, large manufacturers and retailers are required to disclose their efforts to eradicate slavery and human trafficking within their supply chains.

BULLS Bikes USA is committed to ensuring that its products are manufactured and produced under conditions that uphold workers’ rights. We do not engage in or permit the use of human trafficking or slavery in the production of any of our products. Our commitment extends to ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, rules, regulations, ordinances, and orders.

At BULLS Bikes USA, we maintain a zero-tolerance policy for harassment, abuse, or discrimination in our factories and those of our suppliers.

While we do not currently have specific standards or procedures related to slavery and human trafficking, we remain committed to continuous improvement. Our supply chain management personnel undergo regular training to reduce risks and reinforce corporate social responsibility practices.

BULLS Bikes USA will continue to produce products that promote workers’ rights and actively work toward eradicating slavery and human trafficking.
