We stand behind everything we sell. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item within 14 days after delivery date or pick up date, and we'll replace it or give you a refund.

Conditions:

Pick up at the Bike Shop / Home Delivery

  1. The order was originally placed from our website www.bullsbikesusa.com or, in certain circumstances, over the phone directly with BULLS Bikes USA.
  2. We do not accept returns of used, or damaged products due to abuse or misuse.
  3. You must provide a receipt or other proof of purchase.
  4. When you bring the bike to an authorized BULLS dealer, their technicians will inspect its condition. If the bike is still in new condition, we will issue a full refund, minus the return‑shipping cost and a 10% restocking fee. If the bike shows scratches or damage, we will issue a partial refund based on the bike’s current market value, also minus the return‑shipping cost and the 10% restocking fee.
  5. After the bike shop technical evaluation, BULLS Bikes USA then will issue the shop a Return Merchandize Authorization (RMA). The bike shop will not accept any returns without this document.
  6. No returns on gears, tools or clothing.
  7. Please allow 2 to 5 working days to process the refund upon receiving the returnedmerchandise.

Orders Fulfilled by BULLS

  3. We will issue you a return shipping tag. You would be responsible for any damages occured during transportation due to improper packing of the bike. We strongly recommend the bike is packed by an expert at a local bike shop.
  4. Once the bike is returned to BULLS, we will inspect its condition. If the bike is still in new condition, we will issue a full refund, minus the return‑shipping cost and a 10% restocking fee. If the bike has scratches or damage, we will issue a partial refund based on its current market value, also minus the return‑shipping cost and the 10% restocking fee.
