Shipping Costs: Shipping is free and paid by BULLS Bikes USA.

Delivery Time: Delivery times vary depending on your location. Standard shipping typically takes 5–7 business days. Expedited shipping options may be available.

Order Processing: Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Beeline Connect: All e-bikes are shipped through Beeline Connect, which includes professional assembly and delivery to your home or a participating bike shop. A $130 assembly fee is paid directly to the dealer or mobile technician responsible for expertly assembling your bike and ensuring it's ready to ride.

International Shipping: No international shipping is available.

Shipping Restrictions: We only ship within the USA to the 48 contiguous states.
No shipping to PO Boxes, APO, FPO, or MPO zip codes.
